Ranger 1996 397 XT

Eric and asked if we could change one of our old ladders he has on his boat from a two step ladder to a three. Kevin told him to send the old one back and he would design a new swing for it. Here are some before and after pictures.

Xpress 2024 H18

We had to make some changes on our new style FTL9S2134R2 ladder. Changed the radius on the bend, shortened the right leg, and clipped the washers to fit the top cap. All in all, it turned out pretty good.

2020 Xpress XP7 Crappie Model

Kevin - Here are pictures of the installation. I did set it a tad closer to the motor (plenty of turn clearance) than others might. At age 74 I need to use the motor to pull up and get back in, so I wanted steps close. Easy installation but did drill seven of the eight at 11/64. Great ladder, love it. Thanks again!

After sending several pictures I told him to ship his old ladder so we would have the correct hole pattern. Here are some before and after pictures.
